Is ordinary magnesium which I use to supplement calcium equal to marine magnesium?

Marine magnesium has a greater bioavailability than "ordinary" magnesium. This means that the body can absorb it better and less of the product is expelled without being metabolized.
There are different types of magnesium. The magnesium contained in Clavis Harmoniae is magnesiumstearate.
